should be noted that, this information
and subject to change at any time, owing to
Azad’s constant endeavor to improve its products. The chassis
specifications will be customer dependent and as per manufacturer’s
specifications.
Structures:
Based on the current trend on long lasting
structures, for the first time we have developed the galvanized tubular
structure where there is no metal treatment required for the structure
at any time. Being galvanized tubular structure, there will be no rust
for minimum of 10-15 years, This structure also does not requires any
maintenance such as painting, cleaning etc., further this structure is
also been observed to be stronger than CR sections tubular structure.
Side Wall :
Tubular main pillars and intermediate pillars.
Longitude cant – rail, waist – rail and skirt welded together in
separate assemblies for sides and front.
Front wall
assemblies: Combination of angles and tubes with built in
supports for front and grill upper lifting panel and bumper assemblies
with low hook arrangement.
Rear wall
assemblies: Consisting of tubes
with built in brackets for tail lamps and rear bumper.
Floor assemblies:
Consists of channel of primary floor with vertical
angles of secondary angular frame work, built in mud guards and supports
for floor plywood bolted on to the chassis with clips.
Roof
assemblies:
Tubular roof sticks and longitudes with adequate
reinforcements and supports for roof panels, roof of grab-rails driver
partition and entrance partition. Provision for roof lights etc.
PANELLING :
Roof:
The roof will be sheet, glued/riveted and welded to
the structure in 4 piece. This will be stretch fitted to form wave-free,
taut panel.
Side upper - Aluminum
fluted extrusion will be fitted above the side windows with built in
water drain channel.
Mid Side :
Zinc-tech wider roll formed stretch panel will be
fitted on to the structure with welding and riveting and bonding to form
a smooth wrinkle free strong stress bearing panel.
Lower
Side:
Aluminum formed panel in modular sections with
adequate reinforcement.
Front Panel:
Will be of formed corners and mid portion 1 piece
bonded widows to double as emergency exit. 1 piece rear bumper FRP, Tail
lamp mounted vertically on to the rear corner panels with top market
lights.

on the structure CSK Screws and nuts and bonded with knobby design
anti-slip vinyl suitably fastened and trimmed with wearing strips, step
edge beading and angles of aluminum extruded type.
Step Well :
Step Well made of angular structure for suitable door
design with arrangement for pneumatic cylinders fitment and courtesy
light trimmed with BWR horizontal and vertical panels bonded with vinyl
and fastened with extruded step edge beading and angles.
Interior panels:
Roof will be fitted with lined interior fabric bonded
on to the ABS panel on top of adequate thermocole insulation PU foam
truss panel trimmed and window finishers will be provided. Rear wall
will be PU foam trimmed.
Doors:
Passenger doors:

the structure with CSK screws with adequate water drain holes and damper
pads. The windows extrusions are black powder coated.
SEATS: Standard seat / Luxury reclinable type.
TRIMS:
Elegantly thermoformed ABS/HIPS and/or FELT sheets
are used by interlocking/gluing.
FLOOR:
A combination of plywood and non-slip vinyl flooring
to ensure maximum noise proofing. Fastening by hardware and/or glueing
to provided elegance and durability.
PAINTING:
The panels are treated with PU or epoxy based
surfacer to ensure total protection against rust as also to provide for
excellent pain adhesion. PU or Acrylic base colours are used for the top
costs are sprayed and force baked at low temperature, inside custom
designed environment controlled pain booth. This will assure high gloss,
